Melissa came to the Pappalardo Team by way of Long Island and grew up visiting the Triad so much so that her family owns and has built on land in Summerfield. Previous to making the move to real estate Melissa made her mark in the retail world winning national awards from the Sunglass Hut Corporation – winning both the Sun & Heart Award, Top Customer Satisfaction Score and Top Team Culture Satisfaction! She felt at home in retail because she loved putting customers at ease with their purchase. In her spare time, she is SCUBA obsessed and loves to hike and spoil her dog Chase.
